What kind of reports do I receive from Brigade?

All clients receive enhanced reporting with KPI's and financials highlights. The reporting package also includes a balance sheet and various comparison profit and loss reports.

What kind of accounting software do you use?

Our preferred accounting software is QuickBooks Online. We also work with Xero.

How do I get my information to you?

Our cloud-based system helps you send and retrieve information effortlessly.

What information do you need from me to get started?

We require viewing access to all your online banking, credit card, and payroll portals. We also need access to your accounting software. We might also need access to other portals depending on your situation and needs!

So, how can you save us money? Why not just hire an accountant in-house?

Full-time employees need training and supervision. Plus, there are additional expenses, such as payroll costs and employee benefits.

How much are your fees?

Our three packages help you gain clarity around our services. We promise our clients cost-effective bookkeeping that is set and agreed upon—so you don’t get a surprise hourly bill at the end of the month!

What is your onboarding process?

After signing an engagement letter, we'll hit the ground running with a kick off call between us and your dedicated team in order to discuss expectations.

What if I have a CPA?

That's awesome, because we HATE taxes! We work hand in hand with your tax CPA to ensure that their tax strategy is implemented to their liking.

Why should I hire a bookkeeping firm, when my friend said she could do it for me?
